TheBuildShield is an AI cost analytics platform for developers who need two numbers to be reliable: what the platforms billed and what their coding agents consumed.

The product now focuses on provider usage verification, billing export import, and local agent session tracking. Estimated browser or chat-export data can still help with diagnosis, but it is labeled separately and never presented as verified billing truth.

The roadmap is intentionally narrow until the first production users validate the data model: accuracy, provenance, privacy, and fast setup come before broad feature expansion.
